On the afternoon of October 23rd, a special music popularization activity of School of Music of CCNU——— "Music into Hearts" instrument popularization exhibition was held in Boya Square ceremoniously.
The event was organized by the CCNU Committee of the Communist Youth League, Hubei Demonstration Center of Experimental Teaching of Music Education and School of Music Committee of CCNU of the Communist Youth League, and hosted by the Student Union of School of Music of CCNU of the Communist Youth League. The leaders who came to the event were vice president Peng Shuangjie, Party Secretary of School of Music Feng Shengbing, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of School of Music Dong Zhixiong, teacher Zhao Hongxiao and counselors of all grades.
"Music into Hearts " instrument popularization exhibition innovated once again, holding the concept of “making friends through music", so that the whole school students who love music can collide with the spark of music in the exhibition, immerse themselves in music together and enjoy the beauty of music. The combination of "narrative, performance and game" was a highlight of this popularization exhibition. It meant to understand through the narrative, to feel through the performance and to recall through the game.
When the activity began, the Goodbye to the City's Purple Flowers which was based on musical instrument and added with modern elements showed the most youthful and the most warm-blooded state with a quiet tune. Then the erhu solo Honghu Theme Song and the piano duet Red Star Song showed us the spirit of ambition of those revolutionary heroes in a unique musical expression.
With the sound going on, My Motherland and I came to us, which was to praise the wonderful mountains and brilliant rivers in our motherland. This was the affectionate people’s noble praise to our motherland. Along the rivers, we could enjoy the good scenery of the south China Gusu line; we could explore the Little Running River in the ancient mountain forests; we could experience the soul-stirring motherland nine songs if we came down to the west and enjoy the infinite scenery Liuyang River.
There are fifty-six ethnic groups as well as fifty-six styles, and the music of all ethnic styles sends out brilliant light. Special prairie style of grazing civilization Prairie Sister, and a song The Red Flowers Bloom let us indulge ourselves in the loess plateau and experience the revolutionary military spirit of the people of northern Shanxi, making the current patriotism fill in everyone's heart.
In the popularization exhibition, there were full of joy, anticipation, excitement and applause. Participating in this activity could not only enabled us to learn Chinese and western instrument knowledge, but also think about the essence of each instrument, which really could move people, resonate with people and provoke people's thinking.
