Thick accumulation and thin hair, enterprising
Entering Psychology, pursuing all-round development, exploring the self and possibilities, and seeing others and the world with a broader perspective. Expanding the depth and breadth of life, making life fuller and thicker is my credo for growth.
Growth is a process, give yourself some space to get better slowly; professional can be integrated into life, so that learning and use of each other to promote; attitude is a style, can make "interesting" and "meaningful" parallel. We will forge ahead, build up our strength, spread our wings, and set sail for the distant future!

Growing up, a process
When I was a child, my father taught me to play chess and said, "In life, you have to take one step and look at three." Looking at the world from a developmental perspective, applying a growth mindset, and making good career plans were my first major propositions in college. "What is a good mental health teacher like" and "What is my core competitiveness" were the two questions that kept popping up in my mind during the freshman seminar, and I was lost and confused, without answers or direction.
How to go in the future, the direction must be chosen correctly. I had a precious opportunity to interview an outstanding senior. In addition to answering questions and introducing the main tasks of each stage of the university, he said, "Teacher training students should also engage in scientific research and pursue all-round development". As a matter of fact, his words greatly influenced me and set the direction of my future development. Academic learning, scientific research and innovation, theory dissemination, teaching skills, social practice, volunteer service, we should actively develop ourselves in all aspects. In my freshman year, I will practice my ability in clubs and cultivate my hobbies; in my sophomore year, I will participate in various competitions and do research; in my junior year, I will improve my professional ability in English and teaching skills; in my senior year, I will do internships; and in my vacation, I will do social practice to accumulate experience. It is crucial to set the tone for the whole college stage in the first year of college, and make it clear when and what to do.
Unlike many people, I want to have breadth in my life and want to explore more possibilities. It's hard to get ahead by standing in your comfort zone, so why not break down the barriers and take a step out to see something different. In the past two years, I have worked in six clubs, including the Spring Rain Service Team and the Debate Team. As the core chairperson, I have participated in six research projects, including the Challenge Cup and Da Chuang, and I have also excelled in speech and teacher skills competitions, and I have won one national award, two provincial awards, nine school-level awards, and more than ten other awards. In this way, with the accumulation of experience and the continuous improvement of skills, I saw more possibilities for myself and also met more excellent people. In the process, I have found my own position and re-established the direction for the next time.
Professionalism can be integrated into life
The road is not easy, so put your profession into practice and study. Becoming a hexagonal warrior in pursuit of all-round development sounds good, but when it comes to practice, you realize that there are many difficulties. There are only nine words to solve the difficulties: improve efficiency and dance with pressure. We know that human energy and time are limited, how to allocate and balance life, work and study is the second important proposition of my university. Being professionally established, I try to utilize what I have learned in psychology for my own development. Take time management as an example, according to the four-quadrant rule, i.e., the importance and urgency of things divided into four categories, and according to its time point for classification and arrangement, and methodical implementation of this is my mastery of time management skills and methods. In addition, finding the right study environment and study time for yourself is also a good way to improve efficiency. After solving the time problem, then comes the emotional problem. According to Yerkes-Dodson law, the relationship between motivation and efficiency is not linear; too much motivation can lead to too much stress and thus anxiety and tension, which reduces efficiency. Lowering expectations or target outcomes when faced with an important problem is therefore a common strategy I use. And in the right amount of pressure is motivation, which can further increase efficiency. Professionalism and life are not separated in my opinion, practicing psychology knowledge to life, thinking more and using more, can not only improve the understanding of psychology knowledge, but also promote their own development, is a kind of virtuous circle.
Attitude, a style
I have always been striving to "take learning seriously and pursue creativity". From the English class, I brought magic into reality by analyzing short essays and the phenomenon of "public examination fever"; in the entrepreneurship class, I proposed to use the growth of trees to visualize the process of emotional changes by developing the Emotion Tree app to manage emotions; for the first time, I worked independently on the Emotion Tree app to manage my emotions. app to manage emotions; the first independent research design, as the main examiner, write a discussion ...... from the freshman year, major 8th, comprehensive evaluation of the 3rd to today's performance and ability to achieve vertical growth, more importantly, and with everyone to "do things" harvested The inner growth of the program.
In addition to developing ideas in courses, I am also good at proposing ideas and writing reports on research and innovation. In my first year of college, I listened to group meetings, did questionnaire research, and was responsible for the Da Chuang project; I incubated the Emotional Tree project, added the concept of community, designed the Emotional Forest APP, participated in the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Forum Competition, won the first prize of the Intramural Competition, and was promoted to set up a project by the Challenge Cup; I led a team to the southwestern border area to carry out a field research on the left-behind children, provided mobile services for 12 times, and collected 196 questionnaires. , into the green consumption, with the first prize at the provincial level to advance to the national competition, in six innovation and entrepreneurship-related experiences, a total of five awards at all levels, such as the Challenge Cup, and the formation of five research reports; but also for the development of children's mental health in remote areas to make a certain contribution. Maintaining the attitude of pursuing a better and more interesting life and study, she has gradually formed a distinctive personal style and become a better version of herself.

Life is always constructing self-worth in constant definition. I think that growth is a process, give yourself some space to get better slowly; professional can be integrated into life, so that learning and use of each other to promote; attitude is a style, so that "interesting" and "meaningful" go hand in hand. What is self-worth? I think it is to be a person who loves life and education, a well-rounded person, and essentially, a person who can contribute to the society.
