During the event, Teacher Jiang gave an in-depth yet easy-to-understand explanation on the importance of resumes, key points for making them, and common misunderstandings. She emphasized the role of a resume as a "key" to job hunting and pointed out that an excellent resume should highlight personal strengths and be highly compatible with the applied position. Teacher Jiang also analyzed the common problems existing in resumes by combining specific cases, such as lengthy content, lack of highlighting of key points, and lack of pertinence, and gave corresponding improvement suggestions.

In addition, Teacher Jiang also introduced some practical tips for resume making, such as using the "Wardrobe Rule" to organize personal materials and showcasing one's unique selling points through the "USP Rule". She encourages students to actively apply the skills they have learned and create personalized resumes based on their job-seeking intentions.
