On the morning of July 9, the "Guang Weiran" cultural self-confidence propaganda group of the School of Chinese Language and Literature of CCNU went to Chengmagang, the "No.1 General Township in China", for on-the-spot investigation and research. Li Zheli, secretary of the Youth League Committee of the College of Arts, and Chen Ruoqian and Bao Siqi, deputy secretaries of the Youth League Committee, led the team.
Review the revolutionary history and remember the heroes and martyrs. The "Guang Weiran" cultural confidence propaganda group visited the Chengma Guild Hall together. Located in Chengmagang village, Chengmagang Town, Macheng City, Hubei Province, Chengma Guild Hall is one of the birthplaces of jute uprising. During the great revolution, it was the base of the peasant movement. The first party branch, the first peasant association and the Macheng peasant self-defense army were all established here. During the agrarian revolution, it was the core of the revolutionary base of Hubei, Henan and Anhui.
After entering the Chengma Guild Hall the members of the propaganda group entered the exhibition hall under the guidance of the commentators. The whole hall was divided into four exhibition halls. The first exhibition hall was the exhibition hall of the revolutionary history of Chengmagang, which was also the main exhibition hall of this visit. The hall mainly showed the process of Chengmagang from the birth of the first party member to the launch of jute uprising. In the old society, the people of Chengmagang lived a poor and backward life under the double oppression of feudal bureaucrats and exorbitant taxes. In July 1921, the Communist Party of China was born, and the progressive youth Wang Youan became the first Communist of Chengmagang. Under his influence, famous generals Wang Shusheng, Xu Ziqing, Xu Shiyou and others joined the Communist Party one after another, and established the Chengmagang district Party branch in 1926. With the unremitting efforts of the early Communists, the peasant movement continued to develop. After the "April 12" counter revolutionary coup in 1927, the "Macheng Massacre" took place. Under the leadership of Pan Zhongru, the jute uprising broke out and won.
Then, members of the group visited the second, third and fourth exhibition halls in turn. The second exhibition hall mainly showed the deep friendship between the Communist Party and the people during the agrarian revolution. The Communist Party set up schools, cooperatives and farms for the local people. The people of Chengmagang were proud to join the army and keep up with the pace of the party. The third exhibition hall was the scene of the restoration of the student army's guidance department, displaying the plough flag of the peasant association and the weapons used by the peasant armed forces during the great revolution. During the close visit and observation, the members deeply realized the brave spirit and firm ideals and beliefs of the revolutionary martyrs. The fourth exhibition hall mainly shows the main generals of Chengmagang and their revolutionary stories. During the visit, the commentators presented the special folk customs of Chengmagang with vivid and unique folk songs. Under the influence of the ballads, they also deeply realized the noble quality of Chengmagang soldiers, such as being loyal to the Party and the people, the heroic spirit of perseverance and courage, and the dedication of dedication.
Finally, the group came to the exhibition hall of red clean government culture and education. The members studied the Red Army's clean culture and clean system, and had a deeper understanding of the clean culture. By visiting the Chengma Guild Hall, the members of the "Guang Weiran" cultural self-confidence propaganda group also had a deeper understanding of the revolutionary deeds represented by Wang Shusheng, deeply grasped the essence of the red culture of Chengma Guild Hall, further improved their ideological awareness, and strengthened their communist ideals and beliefs of hard struggle and forging ahead.
On the afternoon of July 9, the "Guang Weiran" cultural self-confidence propaganda group was divided into four groups, which conducted further research and study in Macheng Martyrs' Cemetery, Macheng Museum, Macheng customs and Chengmagang, collected red classic materials and recorded micro party lesson videos. Among them, the fourth group conducted in-depth field investigation and visit in Chengmagang. Members of the group followed the red footprints, reviewed the red memory, and visited the red scenic spots such as Wang Shusheng's former residence and Wang Youan's former residence. In addition, members of the group also inspected the great achievements of Rural Revitalization in Chengmagang and visited the red village and dahepu reservoir. “ Under the leadership of the Communist Party of China, Chengmagang, relying on its rich red resources, profound historical background and adhering to the spirit of "following the party closely, working hard, indomitable and selfless dedication", is walking on a broad road of reform and development.
Recall the red years, learn the revolutionary spirit of our ancestors, inherit the red culture, and firm our ideals and beliefs.
