From July 6 to July 13 on 2021, 30 members of Honghulixing practice team of the School of Economics and Business Administration of Central China Normal University went to Bailang Town, Baisangguan Town, Fang County and other places to carry out the golden research activities, which was led by Zhao Wan, deputy secretary of Youth League Committee of School of Economics and Business Administration, Tong Qingmeng, teacher of Department of economics, and Chen Ruiliang, grade 20 counselor. This activity led students to deeply understand the current promotion of rural revitalization, explore the history and current situation, experience and lessons, future and bottleneck of the development of local characteristic industries, and encouraged and guided students to put forward their own views, countermeasures and suggestions by visiting farmers and industrial bases, agricultural cooperatives and enterprises, and having a discussion with relevant leaders.
From July 7 to July 9, Honghulixing practice team went to every village to visit farmers and characteristic agricultural industrial bases. Through talks with farmers, the members of the practice team learned about the local agricultural characteristics. Most farmers in Bailang town and Baisangguan town grown crops like corns, peanuts and characteristic medicinal materials like ginger, rhizoma atractylodis. Under the leadership of local village cadres, members of the practice team visited the local agricultural planting bases such as morel, kiwi fruit and mushroom. The students learned that a large-scale and industrialized planting base had been set up and professional technicians also had given guidance.
From July 11 to 13, members of the practice team visited Xianggu Town, Taoyuan Xiangu family farm, Xinlanyuan, Jiuluo maker space, Xingyuan technology and other characteristic enterprises. Mushroom town adopted modern agricultural mode, combining product deep processing with e-commerce sales. Taoyuan Xiangu family farm adopted advanced bagging technology to try to cultivate new varieties of agricultural products. Xinlanyuan paid attention to the transformation and application of scientific research achievements and built the whole olive industry chain. These enterprises really implemented the idea of "innovation helps agriculture and science and technology helps agriculture", which not only drove the development of local economy to a certain extent, but also gave students more inspiration and thought for Rural Revitalization.
On the afternoon of the 13th, under the leadership of the instructors Zhao Wan and Chen Ruiliang, the representatives of the members of the departmental practice team held a symposium with relevant leaders such as Fangxian finance office, Rural Revitalization Bureau and Agricultural and Rural Bureau. During the interactive session of the symposium, the students boldly talked what they saw and heard in the practical activities here, and put forward their views on some issues such as the economic development of Fangxian County and suggestions for future economic development. The relevant leaders actively listened to the students' opinions and gave careful and patient answers. After the symposium, students said that in the process of communicating with leaders, their horizons were broadened, their perspective of looking at problems was more accurate, and their perspective of thinking about problems was deepened. Finally, director Yi of the finance office expressed that he hoped in the future,they could strengthen the alliance between colleges and universities and governments. And he encouraged students to go down to the grass-roots level to contribute more valuable experience and suggestions to the development of Fangxian County.
The golden research activity of Honghu practice team adhered to the combination of theory and practice, went deep into the countryside, took root in the front line, understood the current situation of Rural Revitalization from a professional perspective, enhanced students' professional identity and sense of mission of building a country, and sharpened their will at the grass-roots level.
