On the evening of September 21, our 2021 Mid-Autumn Festival Party and Welcome Party was held at Youming Gymnasium. Our counselor of Class 2021 Pan Qindong, some undergraduates of the Class of 2020 and all new students of the Class of 2021 participated in this event. Li Yuerong and Li Jiawen, freshmen of 2021, were the hosts.

There were 21 singing and dancing programs and 3 improvisation sessions for interaction, and some undergraduates of the 20th and 21st grades participated in the performance. The Mid-Autumn Festival Party and Welcome Party started with the opening words of " No more talk about cloudiness, sunshine, and lack of light It's a good time to be happy when there is a full moon ", and the dance and song interwove to bring an audio-visual feast under the moon.

The dance "Drunk" was presented by Li Xinye and Ma Xiuyi, freshmen of Class 2021, who showed the connotation and charm of Chinese classical dance with gentle and flexible dance steps, echoing the warm atmosphere of Mid-Autumn Festival, while Cheng Letong, freshmen of Class 2021, brought the joyful atmosphere of the party to the climax with the song "PUMA", which caused the crowd to shout out. Undergraduates Yang Chen and Cai Yihan from Class of 2021 brought the song "Unparalleled Beauty". They wished the new students of Class 2021 who are at the starting line of university to find their own direction in CCNU and to have their own "unparalleled beauty" in the future.

With the advancement of the program, the party entered the impromptu interactive "drumming" session. The rapid music made the audience tense up and immersed in the tense atmosphere of the game. After some "back and forth", counselor Pan Qindong became the chosen "lucky one" and performed the song "Anhe Bridge" for the crowd. In the impromptu interactive session of "Mid-Autumn Riddle Guessing", the new students were eager to answer and show their talents, quickly uncovering one riddle after another.

After watching the Mid-Autumn Festival Party, Chen Mingyue, an undergraduate student in Grade 2021, said, "This year's Mid-Autumn Festival is unique and makes me feel like I have a home in Wuhan!"
