In order to show the achievements of learning the theory of President Xi Jiping and the style of the branches, the selection for " Forum of Students " dynamic league branch in School of Foreign Languages was held in classroom 3218 on September, 17th. Zhang Yapeng, secretary of the league committee of the School of Foreign Languages, Deng Xiaolian, deputy secretary of the League Committee, Qiu Ling, counselor of the English Department of Grade 2019 and Niu Jing, counselor of the English Department of Grade 2020 attended the activity.

The activity was divided into two parts: the learning achievement display and the elegant demeanor display. Activities in various forms, covering a wide range of content. Ruan Xin, the league branch secretary from 1905 branch, was the first to show. She took the deeds of excellent league members as a starting point to show the strict organization construction and vivid league day activities of 1905 branch. During the summer vacation, many league members of the 1905 branch carried out social practice activities such as online volunteer teaching. They fulfilled the mission of youth with practical actions, reflecting the responsibility of teachers.

Xu Zhiyan, secretary of 2003 branch shared and displayed the learning process and practical results since the establishment of the brach from three aspects: the organization and construction, the activities of the Youth League Day and the theoretical learning results in the branch.
Ji Keren, secretary of 1902 branch and deputy monitor of Class 1902, emphasized the construction achievements of the integration of the class and the branch. Taking her two positions of monitor and deputy secretary of the league branch as an example, she reflected the concrete measures of the integration of the class and the league branch. In addition, ji Keren gave a detailed explanation on awards they obtained, the theory learning, the construction ideas and league day activities. The 1902 branch organized a large number of theoretical lessons and league day activities with the group as the unit. Its forms were innovative and diverse, and its theme was closely combined with professional and timely news, which had been reported by the university media for many times.

In the part of the display of elegant style, the 1905 youth league branch sang a song in English as the carrier, reflecting the professional characteristics and the spirits of solidarity among the members of the branch. Video presentation of the 2001 branch combined the professional knowledge, narrating the style of the branch in both Chinese and English. The video of the 2003 branch was original, focusing on the Youth League activities carried out by members of the branch on the study of the party’s history. The 1902 branch recorded and displayed videos in different dialects and languages to reproduce the scene of the study on party’s knowledge of the branch members, showing the patriotism of the branch members and reflecting the characteristics of openness and tolerance of the branch.
In the end, Qiu Ling, Deng Xiaolian and Zhang Yapeng commented on the league branches participating in the exhibition respectively. Qiu Ling made comments on the two links of learning achievements defense and elegant demeanor display. From the aspects of data, scale, visualization and so on, he put forward suggestions to the secretaries of the league branches participating in the defense. He proposed that branch elegant demeanor display should be distinctively characteristics, using diversified techniques.

Zhang Yapeng first affirmed the efforts made by the league branch secretaries to mobilize branch members. Secondly, he put forward three pieces of advice and requirements for the present secretaries of the league branches. To begin with, this year was the centenary of the founding of the party. He encouraged the present secretaries to do better in branch work and strengthen branch construction with the ambition of "reassuring the party and contributing to our country". In addition, next year would be the centennial anniversary of the founding of the Communist Youth League of China (CYLC). He pointed out that the league branch members should strengthen the exchange of reference, actively learn from excellent league branches, and welcome the centennial with a positive and pioneering spirit. Last but not least, he made suggestions on the defense performance of league branch secretaries. He proposed that the content and form of the reply should continue to be polished and improved.
