In order to further study and implement the spirit of the speech delivered by general secretary Xi Jinping in the party history education and mobilization conference and the 100th anniversary conference of the Communist Party of China, we encouraged our young talents to strengthen their ideals and beliefs, to foster their national feelings, to carry forward the scientific spirit and to bravely undertake the mission of educating people. The trainees of the training course visited the former site of Zunyi Conference and deeply understood the great spirit of Zunyi Conference with great turning significance. We walked into the battle site of the Red Army in Loushanguan, reviewed the spirit of the great Long March and cultivated patriotism. Facing the monument of "remembering the martyrs, learning history and casting souls", the students took the oath of joining the party, presented flower baskets for the Red Army martyrs and experienced the difficult won of the new China. We also listened to the struggle story of Xifeng concentration camp, received the revolutionary tradition education on the spot, realized the original mission, reviewed a history intertwined with blood and fire, and strengthened the academic original mission of serving the country in the deep memory of the revolutionary martyrs.
Walking into the "silent area" of "Chinese heavenly eye" fast, the students felt the charm of things that made in China. We listened to the advanced deeds of Mr. Nan Rendong, a giant of "heavenly eye". His selfless patriotism, scientific spirit, noble sentiment and outstanding character encouraged every educator to seek true knowledge, tackle key problems bravely, consciously carry forward the spirit of scientists, and make new and greater contributions to accelerating the construction of a powerful country in science and technology and realizing scientific and technological self-reliance and self-improvement.
The training also organized three academic exchange seminars, held four special lectures on teaching achievement awards, scientific research projects and talent project application, helped to improve the teaching and educating ability and scientific research ability of senior and young talents, guided everyone not to forget the original intention of education, remember the mission of education, and strive to be a good teacher of "Four Haves" in the new era.
On July 28, Hao Fanghua hosted a symposium on high quality development of the school in Zunyi. At the symposium, experts and scholars actively offered suggestions on the construction of "double first-class", innovating the talent training system, deepening the reform of talent and personnel system and improving the evaluation system. Hao Fanghua pointed out that the university would focus on the overall situation, based on the current situation, deploy a new situation, unswervingly accelerate the pace of high-quality development, and strive to start a new journey of building a world-class university with leading teacher education.
The education and training of "recalling the spirit of Zunyi Conference and keeping in mind the original intention of academic service to the country" was not only a centralized learning and education of "learning party history and understanding ideas" of the school, but also an important platform for high-level talents and young scholars of our school to deeply communicate and offer suggestions for the development of the school.
The trainees of the training course said that their trip to Guizhou had followed the glorious footprints of the revolutionary ancestors, witnessed the butterfly change of "made in China" shown by the country's important tools, and learned the patriotic spirit of continuous inheritance and constantly endowed with the connotation of the times, which would encourage everyone to inherit and carry forward the fine traditions and strive to make greater contributions to the development of the school.
