Aggregation epidemic occurred in many places in the country, the epidemic prevention and control situation is serious and complex. In response to the epidemic prevention and control requirements around the country, on August 10 to August 25 Party Members of Pioneer Practice Team in School of Chemistry of CCNU Transferred the teaching-assistance work originally scheduled in Zhoubang Village, Xiantao City, Hubei Province, to online for a 16-day cloud-based teaching-assistance. On August 10, the members of the team readjusted their work within the group to flexibly respond to the challenges brought by the change in the teaching format, laying a solid foundation for the teaching work carried out later.
The transfer of the teaching position disrupted the scheduled plan of the team. The group and personnel allocation needed to be readjusted, and the subjects of research, preaching and publicity had to be re-chosen due to the limitation of the online work communication method. How to re-plan a practical and feasible cloud-based teaching program in a short period of time is the biggest challenge faced by the team at present. In this regard, Wang Jingru, the leader of the pioneer practice team, organized an online work briefing after communication and consultation with the group leaders, explaining the situation of the epidemic, staff deployment, work arrangements and other aspects, encouraging everyone to remember the Party's struggle under the new situation, practicing the mission, so that the online teaching will not be a formality, but will really be put into practice. Wang Jingru told everyone: "Although we regret that our teaching activities have been changed to online, we should have a proper attitude and do it with our heart, so that we can have a good "big ideological and political class" together.
Afterwards, the research group conducted a group meeting. The research group focused on the theme of research and the form of carrying out the research. As the key work of the pioneer practice team, the research group faced more pressure and challenges. Unable to step on the ground of Zhou Gang village, the original special research for Zhou Gang village can only be carried out based on the area where the teaching team members are located, offline surveys are strictly prohibited in some areas under the epidemic control, and the effect of online communication is poor ...... These problems need to be solved one by one by the research team members.
The research team members conducted online voice communication through communication tools such as group phone and Tencent conference to minimize the barriers to team communication arising from non-face-to-face communication. Eventually, three major themes such as the study of the history of the CPC, online teaching and plastic chemistry were carried out separately, with the area where the research team members were located as the main investigation area, and a combination of online and offline methods was adopted to really implement and stabilize the research work.
The publicity group and the preaching group also carried out group meetings one after another. Facing various new problems brought by online teaching, they are trying to find a breakthrough and develop and grow in overcoming difficulties.
