This teaching competition was divided into two stages: preliminary and final. The preliminary was organized by each college. Since the competition was launched in April, the Party and government workers of all colleges have attached great importance to it and carefully organized it. The participation rate of young teachers has reached more than 96%, with wide coverage and high enthusiasm, reaching the goal of "promoting teaching and improving quality through competition". In order to further improve the quality of teaching competition, the school trade union has successively carried out activities such as the exchange of teaching experience of award-winning teachers of the young teachers' growth project and the symposium on improving teaching ability, to effectively help young teachers make up for their deficiencies in educational experience, teaching art and teaching skills, and promote the growth of young teachers.

During the finals, the participating teachers not only combined case analysis, but also used wonderful and vivid language to solicit and guide with interactive teaching aids according to the characteristics of the discipline. They won the affirmation and praise of the judges for their rich and diverse teaching forms, strong and warm classroom atmosphere and teaching style from simple to deep. The whole final relied on information means, expert scores were uploaded in real time, and the whole process of on-site video recording ensured the fairness, justice and openness of the competition.
Zha Daolin, deputy secretary of the Party committee of CCNU, and Peng Shuangjie, vice president of CCNU, successively visited the finals, watched the classroom teaching of the participating teachers, discussed the training and development of young teachers with the expert judges, expressed condolences to the competition organization staff, and highly affirmed the competition organization work. School leaders said that teaching was the core work of college teachers, and educating talents was the first duty of every teacher. Contemporary college teachers need to have the awareness and habit of lifelong learning, spend time and effort on teaching training and professional learning, and constantly enrich themselves with new knowledge.
