From September 2 to 3, the 2021 special training class for new head teachers and counselors in Central China Normal University was held. It was sponsored by the Student Work Department of the Party committee and undertaken by the counselor growth and cultivation base (the school of foreign languages). 36 new undergraduate and graduate full-time and part-time counselors and 72 new head teachers participated in the training. Vice President Peng Shuangjie attended and delivered a speech at the graduation ceremony of the new counselor induction special training class and the opening ceremony of the new head teacher induction special training class.
Peng Shuangjie put forward three hopes for the new counselors. He encouraged everyone to strengthen the ability of study and digest the knowledge, not only improve their ideological understanding, but also increase their knowledge and skills in order to apply what they have learned. He also hoped that speed up their adjustment and earnestly fulfill their duties and responsibilities. Thirdly strengthen the work innovation and constantly strengthen exploration to the rules, situation study and judgment and work innovation. He hoped they could promote the Ideological and political work developed not only fast but also better through hard work.
Peng Shuangjie sent a message to all the new head teachers, hoping that everyone would seriously participate in the training and successfully complete the learning task in order to turn the learning results into work motivation and internal skills. He also hoped that they could accelerate the role transformation and systematically learn the post responsibilities and job requirements to strengthen the ability to better perform their duties. On top of that he hoped they could strengthen their ability of innovation, giving full play to professional advantages and academic expertise, striving to innovate ways and methods, comprehensively improving the quality of Ideological and political work, and striving for the party and the country to cultivate new people of the times with all-round development of morality, intelligence, physique, beauty and labor who are worthy of the great task of national rejuvenation.
The induction training for new counselors included one special report, eight experience exchanges and one panel discussion. The training contents included ideological and political education, growth theme education, affairs management, financial education, psychological education, network education, labor education, entrepreneurship education, academic guidance, scientific research guidance, career planning and so on. The induction training for new head teachers includes one special report and two experience exchanges. The learning contents covered many aspects, such as mental health education and consulting services, class construction and management, students' academic guidance and so on.
