On March 26th, the first stop of the "Training Program" of the Red Pomegranate Growing Garden Ethnic Society of CCNU was to South-Central Minzu University to successfully carry out a learning exchange and sharing session, which was attended by the Office of Ethnic Affairs of the Student Work Department of the Party Committee of CCNU, including Meiheriguli, Ankaier, Alixiate and 21 student cadres from the Red Pomegranate Growing Garden Ethnic Society, as well as Niu Lei, head of the Student Management Section of the Student Work Department of South-Central Minzu University, Aailiyaer Kelimu, director of the Student Work Office of the College of Education, Peng Haiyun from the Student Management Section of the Student Work Department and some student backbones from the Student Backbone Camp and Growth Training Camp. The sharing meeting was in the form of visit, aiming at further optimizing the working mode of national unity and progress education in our university, promoting exchanges and interactions among student associations in colleges and universities, improving the quality of association services to progress together.
Before the meeting, our students and teachers visited the Ethnology Museum of South-Central Minzu University, and under the in-depth introduction of the interpreter, they got a close feeling of the charm of the profound Chinese culture. A piece of national costumes, an embroidery boutique, an exquisite painting, all infected everyone present, everyone stopped from time to time to appreciate, further understand of the cultural customs of various ethnic groups, fully appreciate the power of national unity, enhance the cultural confidence and identity of students.



At the exchange meeting, Niu Lei firstly expressed his warm welcome to the visit of our school teachers and students, then Ailiya and Meheriguli introduced the situation of our school's national unity and progress education work and the training of student cadres respectively, fully showing the unique style of the two schools in terms of thought leadership, ability enhancement and growth care. Then, the representatives of backbone training camp and growth training camp and the student backbone of our school's ethnic club also introduced the brand activities of the club respectively. The student backbones of the two schools shared their experience in organizing and managing their respective student clubs with each other, discussed in depth on issues such as activity promotion and backbone training, and provided valuable advice, from which the participants benefited greatly and came back with a full house.



Build youthful spirit, converge the association style. This event provided a good communication platform for student associations, strengthened the contact between sister universities, enhanced the friendship and understanding between the two sides, and made the experience of student association work effectively shared. We would like to express our heartfelt thanks to our sister university for their hospitality to our students and teachers, and wish each other's student clubs to flourish.
